Synchronization Issues

My progress isn't updating between devices.

Ensure you are logged into the same account on both devices. Try manually refreshing the 'Progress' tab while connected to a stable network.

How do I force a full database re-sync?

Go to Settings > Data Management and click 'Force Re-sync'. This will clear local cache and re-download your latest training metrics.

Is there a limit to the number of synced devices?

Individual accounts are limited to 3 active device sessions (e.g. 1 Phone, 1 Tablet, 1 Desktop).

Performance Optimization

Browser Standards

Use Chrome or Edge for the best Simulator Hub performance. Ensure Hardware Acceleration is enabled.

Cache Management

If question assets aren't loading, clear your browser cache specifically for skyground.com.

Network Latency

A stable ping below 150ms is recommended for real-time AI explanations and voice ATC.

Identity Errors

Ensure your license keys are active. Expired keys will restrict access to technical training engines.
